This was a very detailed project.  There were over 50 penetrations with different seals that had to be fabricated.  This is where Taylor excels.  Our highly trained crew spent four days meticulously heat welding and fabricating every penetration, making sure that there would be no leaks.  We passed with flying colors and our client is very relieved that Taylor turned their “problem” into an asset.

This is another example how Taylor saves its client a substantial amount of money by being innovative and putting the clients interest above ours.  Taylor could have easily gone the route of its competitors and advised a costly full roof replacement.  Instead we worked with the owner on rebuilding caved-in areas of the roof and removing large amounts of debris and mechanical objects.  After Taylor stripped everything down to the original roof, we pressure washed the membrane and applied a coat of primer to protect the two layers of 100% silicone that were later applied.  The owner was extremely appreciative and happily offered to be a reference.  One year later, because the roof was so old, Taylor returned to do some touch-ups, free of cost.   

Taylor re-roofed this entire condominium community with GAF 30 year architectural design asphalt shingles. As with all projects, the owner, Joseph Taylor, was there everyday to inspect, supervise, and address homeowner questions and concerns to assure the smoothest possible reconstruction experience. During the operation, we took care to protect the landscape and to clean up all of the nails and debris by the end of the day.

This is our specialty and has been an ongoing project since 2014.  When an owner (in this case Asten-Johnson) wants to sell their property, Taylor specializes in getting their roof up to par by doing only what is necessary, some roof sections only needed repairs while others needed a TPO recovery (Fanfold insulation board then a white TPO membrane installed over existing roof) NOT a full roof replacement which saved the seller a substantial amount of money. Then when the buyer (Motorvation) began its retro-fit of the building, they asked the previous owner about Taylor and we were highly recommended.  I sat down with the new owner to discuss what he could afford to do.  Taylor re-covered, with 60mil TPO, four additional sections and repaired the remaining sections until the owner can have them replaced.

This building’s roof was in complete despair. Therefore Taylor had to remove what was left of the roof down to the purlins. We installed 22 gauge steel decking to the purlins, laid three inch ISO boards and then TPO 60mil membrane-oil  

This  property was having a very difficult time stopping its leaks and was entertaining a full roof replacement.  Taylor + Taylor was asked to give a bid for such a roof, yet after the inspection, Taylor informed the board members that it was unnecessary to tear off the existing roof and install a whole new roof system. A much better solution to their problem was to do a 100% silicone coating. The board appreciated our honesty and solution based approach and hired Taylor to apply a GACO 20-year silicone roof system.  We have stopped their leaks and they are very satisfied.
