I have a warehouse that needed roof work last year. The 4 other roofers all wanted to replace the roof at a cost in excess of $150k. Joseph repaired it for $15k, warranted his work, and said the roof has years of life left. I bought an office building last year and got a credit from the seller who had been told the roof was on its last legs. Joseph says it has 6-8 years left with proper maintenance. “For over 20 years we were fixed on our industrial commercial roof contractor. Joseph and the Taylor + Taylor Team had gently and politely requested opportunities for several years on requesting to quote upcoming projects knowing my loyalty to our roof contractor. Reluctantly, we had the Taylor Team quote a few projects side by side our long-standing contractor. The Taylor + Taylor quotes came in very well prepared and professionally packaged. All parameters and scope were neatly defined and came with visuals and descriptions on the construction systems. The pricing was on level or slightly below for every project that was quoted. It was a recent project that finally broke our loyalty and moved our business over to Taylor + Taylor permanently. When asked to quote this project, Joseph and his team turned in a report of how well the existing roof was maintained and that the roof system had an additional life of 15 years. Meanwhile, our long-standing contractor turned in a complete replacement with a new roofing system, a significant expense on a 175,000 sqft industrial building. There was nothing for Taylor to gain in the detailed report and quote, but Taylor + Taylor reported the facts in their standard professional quote package that totaled $0.00 for all repairs! "In August of 2020 our house at 920 Virginia Avenue, in the Virginia / Highland neighborhood was seriously damaged when a large tree fell. After months of dealing with our insurance company and the city of Atlanta we were finally able to start repairs in April 2021.

We hired Taylor & Taylor to repair and replace the roof. Like a lot of homes in this historic area, it was built in 1920 and with any repair or addition to an old home there are always complications. Especially with our roof, which has multiple angles and had not been worked on in almost 20 years. Joseph Taylor and his crew did an outstanding job, replacing every piece of rotten wood and repairing all the damage to the structure.
